PRATTE INTERNATIONAL SUN PEAKS 2013 CAMP

Flights

Book your flight to arrive on Saturday and depart the following Saturday (23-Nov to 30-Nov or 30-Nov to 07-Dec). We will be skiing from Sunday to Friday.

Accommodation

Register with the Delta Hotel if you want to take advantage of our 25% discount but feel free to book wherever you prefer.  You need to do this at least 30 days before the camp starts.  Delta will tell you about their cancellation policy when you register.

To register with the Delta by phone call 1-866-552-5516 and quote our group code XBG at the beginning of your reservation.

To register with the Delta via the web go to www.deltasunpeaksresort.com and enter the dates (23-Nov to 30-Nov or 30-Nov to 07-Dec) and our promotional code PXBG. Important, enter the code at this point so that it will calculate your discount.

The code PXBG is case sensitive and will only be accepted with CAPITAL letters. Please ensure you are clicking on the toggle key (or the dot) to the left of the promo code in order for the system to read the special code.

Transportation

Feel free to rent a car and drive to the hotel, or optionally, call 1-800-807-3257 and book their shuttle service. The cost of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again is $94.50.

Camp

To register for the camp go to http://www.pratteski.com/content/packages.html and scroll down to the Adult Packages and click Register for the Sun Peaks Camp week that you prefer:

On the Registration page under “Who Referred You” enter Craigleith Ski Club: 

Note that Pratte Ski's page (including price) includes accommodation, while the deal we have does not.  You don't have to pay $1,750 and you don’t have to fill out the details regarding single or shared room, but you do have to book the Delta or somewhere else separately as described above.

Once you're done send a deposit cheque for $400 payable to PratteSki Corp to this address:

Once you have registered and paid a deposit Pratte Ski will send you a confirmation. You need to pay the deposit to get the confirmation. And then bring the balance of $590 and pay it upon arrival at the camp.
